Bought something, returned it, no credit after 3 months

I purchased a product while I was in NY but I had to send it back to their warehouse in China. I still have my return receipt and everything. It's been over 3 months now and I never got the credit back on my card.

I've tried to just wait it out but nothing. The website is Graysonandporterhivershum. I lost 107.99 dollars on this. I just want my money back for the return.
