Ordered from Greatlakes Outdoor but items never came

I ordered some stuff from Greatlakes Outdoor and they took $60 out of my bank account. But they never had the items in their inventory. Turns out this company is actually in the Netherlands and they mimicked Greatlakes Outdoor Supply here in the USA. I thought I was buying from the real one.

I never got my money back or anything. Just charged me and no product. It didn't make sense to me why they would take the payment if they didn't even have what I ordered. I wish I would have checked the website more carefully before giving them my bank info.
