They sent another company and charged way more than the quote
That's a huge difference. I didn't sign off on that amount at all. I've tried to get this sorted but it's just been a mess trying to figure out who is actually responsible for the charge.
I just want the difference back. It doesn't seem right to pay over three times what was quoted.
