Gift card drained before I even used it
The card was just sitting there on the rack and I didn't think anything of it. I peeled off the stuff and took it to the register. When I tried to use it later that day it said there was no money on it. I called the number on the back and they said it was already used somewhere.
I found this website Green Dot Bank and this phone number (888) 537-5503 and an address on Leavitt Rd in Lorain OH. I tried calling but I didn't really get anywhere. They just kept saying the card was activated and used. I never even got to use it once. I feel like the store should have known better or something. I'm just out the 500 bucks now.
