Calls saying I owe money and someone will come to my house

I have gotten 2 phone calls leaving me a message that I owe money and someone will be sent to my home address to sign papers and if they can not reach me at home they will go to where I work. The phone number calling is 845-363-3234 (Griffin and Associates).

I Researched this on Line and it Shows Reported Scam Involving "Griffin and Associates". Yes — there are credible reports of scams linked to Griffin and Associates.

Phone calls threatening legal action over a debt I don’t know about

This guy keeps calling and leaving messages. He’s a Filipino male saying he’s from Griffin and Associates. He says they’re about to take legal action and that they already mailed me legal documents but I never got anything in the mail.

They keep saying they will file a case in my local courts. So I actually called the local courts myself and they told me this is clearly a scam. The number they call from is (716) 268-8756 and they say they’re in Buffalo, NY. I just want them to stop calling.
