Letter saying I'm beneficiary of a relative who died from Covid

I got a letter from a Mr. Michael Gross claiming to be a partner and head of private wealth and succession at this firm. The letter says I'm the beneficiary of an unclaimed payable on death benefit from a relative who died from Covid. It says I'm entitled to funds and that 10% will go to charity and the other 90% gets split between me and him.

He didn't even sign the letter but he gave me two emails to contact him for next steps. The address on it was 2709 N Hayden Island Dr Suite 116771, Portland, OR 97217. His email was [email protected]. I looked it up and it seems like a scam, so I wanted to report it.
