Ad on Facebook led to an order that never came

I saw an ad on Facebook that caught my eye so I looked into it a little deeper but I guess not deep enough. The seller is from China but their contact is in Manchester GRGB. They said the item was gonna be delivered in about 2 weeks which was back on 7-02. Here it is getting close to 9-01 and still nothing. What's up with that, is it late or not? I paid 80 dollars for this and I just want my item or my money back.
