Order sent to wrong address and no response from Gruv

My order from Gruv went to the wrong address. I tried contacting them at [email protected] and got no response. I just want a full refund on my debit card.

They sent me a picture of the order at the wrong address. I tried looking around and going to neighbors and stuff but I could not find it.

I paid $58.85 for it and I would like a full refund that is all. Package tracking number: UUS6A56200399040365.
