Mail saying to call about coverage I never had

Got this piece of mail in the mail. It had a number to call to renew my coverage. The number was (888) 928-1981. I don't have any coverage, never did. So I don't know why they are sending me this.

The mail came from Jeff Morton at Guardian Protection Group Home. Address says Henrico, VA 23231. I didn't call them. Just seems like a phishing thing. I threw it away.

Mail about home warranty with my mortgage info on it

I got this piece of mail through USPS, the presorted standard kind. It was from a Home Warranty Company and it had my full legal name and address on it. What really got me was that it also had my mortgage information, like which bank I use. That just felt wrong.

There was a customer ID number and an expiration date on the letter. So I called the number on it, (888) 928-1981, to ask about it. The person told me I needed to pay an initial payment of $250. I just asked to be taken off their mailing list and they started yelling at me. They said I didn't want to pay my bills and needed to "own my responsibility." I wasn't even trying to be difficult, I just didn't sign up for this.
