Charged for a full year without warning and no refund
I tried contacting their customer support through the email they have, [email protected], and also called the number on the site, 1(618) 881-3199. They just keep telling me I'm outside of the cancellation timeline so I can't get my money back. That doesn't even make sense because I just got charged.
The services they list in the ads aren't even being done. It's supposed to be protecting my stuff but I don't see that it's doing anything. They just took the money and won't give it back. I'm stuck with this charge for a service that doesn't seem to work.
