Charged $189 for a subscription I never signed up for

I just saw a charge on my credit card for $189.00 from Guardio.io. I never subscribed to anything with them, and I definitely didn't use any of their services. It says it’s a renewable subscription but I have no idea how they got my card info.

I tried to look into it and they have an online portal to unsubscribe, but honestly the whole thing looks sketchy. It feels like a way to get more credit card details out of me. I just want this charge reversed and to make sure they can’t bill me again.
