They charged me $215.86 instead of $14

So I signed up for this thing that was supposed to be $14. It was one of those services that says it can stop scams on your phone. Next thing I know they took out $215.86. By the time I caught it the money was already gone and I had to cancel my card.

When I call them nobody ever comes to the phone. It just says they can't come to the phone right now and to call back later. Every single time.

I just want my $215.86 back. That's all I'm asking for.
