Chimney company took deposit and never did the work

I reached out to this company about cleaning our chimney. The technician showed up really late, looked around for maybe 5 minutes and said the "assessment" cost $111.87. He didn't even have a ladder or get close to the actual chimney. He told me that money would be a deposit towards the work he'd do later.

He was super hard to get a hold of after that and never booked a follow up. Now when I try to call the office to book an appointment, they just hang up on me every single time. Their google reviews are turned off too. This whole thing is a scam, they're just trying to take people's money.
