Monthly charges from a company I never signed up for
There's no phone number or email address anywhere that I can find to ask them to stop or even ask what this is for. I just noticed it on my statement and I have no idea how to make it end. I've never received anything in the mail from them either. It's just this charge that keeps hitting my account.
Credit card charged twice by a company I never ordered from
I have no idea who these people are or how they got my card info. I didn't sign up for anything or buy anything from them. Just two random charges out of nowhere. I want my money back.
They took money from my account without my agreement
I looked it up and found their phone number is (866) 466-5981 and an email, [email protected]. They're listed in California. I don't know what this online purchase was for. I didn't authorize any payment to them at all.
They just withdrew the money. I never agreed to it.
