Tree removal guy took my money and never came back

After the storm this guy came by my house with a business card and a flyer for tree removal. He said his name was with Gulf Guard Tree and gave me a phone number (850) 530-4787 and email [email protected]. Seemed legit enough at the time.

I paid him $4500 through Cash App. He was supposed to come back and do the tree work. He never showed up. Never called. Nothing.

I tried reaching out but no response at all. Now I'm out $4500 and still have the tree sitting there. His address just says Pensacola FL 32504 but I'm not even sure that's real. Just want people to know about this.
