Kept sending shipments after I canceled my subscription

I ordered their gut cleanse supplement and it was fine at first, but then I kept getting more shipments I didn't ask for. So I contacted them and told them to stop sending it. They told me how to cancel the subscription and I did exactly what they said. I even got a verification that it was stopped.

But then another shipment showed up anyway. I called them again and they admitted it was their fault, but they wouldn't let me send it back or give me my money back. The product doesn't even do what it claims to do. I would not recommend ordering from them at all. I'm out 150 dollars and stuck with product I don't want.
