Charged twice for a product I never even got to try

I ordered something from guyworth.com and right after I placed the order I asked for a refund because the tax and shipping ended up being like 3 times more than the item itself. I had no idea it was going to be that much before I checked out. They emailed me back and agreed twice to refund me the $25 but I never saw that money.

Then 4 days later they hit my card with a $35 charge for a VIP subscription I never signed up for. I emailed them back and forth so many times about this and they just would not refund it. I never even tried the product so why would I want a VIP membership for it? Both charges went through as debits on my bank account and I ended up having to cancel my debit card because of it.
