Random glitter package from a name I do not know

I got a package in the mail that I never ordered. It came from 290 Duffy Ave, Hicksville NY 11801. Inside there were 24 little containers of glitter, like the craft kind. The return name on it says Haher Mrren.

I have no idea who that is or why they sent this to me. I didn't buy anything from them and I didn't pay for it. It just showed up at my door. It's kind of strange and I'm not sure what the point of it was. Just wanted to put this out there so people know.

Empty packages and now a random item I never ordered

I keep getting these USPS packages and envelopes from different senders. Most of them have been completely empty. Now I just got one with something in it from Haher Mrren. It's an item that I already have and definitely never would have ordered.

I don't even know if I got charged for this thing. But this has to stop. It's crazy getting all this mail I didn't ask for. The address on the package is 290 Duffy Ave, Hicksville, NY 11801.
