Website for a storage device I never got

I went on their site hale-newyork.com for a storage device that they say I purchased. I paid $30 for it. That was last week.

I called the number they have listed, (845) 317-2472, but it disconnects every time. I also tried the email [email protected] and got nothing back.

I just want my money back or the storage device I paid for.
