Ordered in July and still waiting on my item
I asked for a refund in August. They keep stalling and saying they can't refund me because the item is still on the way. But this thing keeps getting rerouted for months now. It's just going in circles.
I paid $35 and I still don't have my item or my money back. They won't give me the refund.
Popup canopy order stuck with tracking excuses
They keep saying the delivery was attempted multiple times. Then they said it was held at a depot for address verification. Then it got misrouted. Then the truck broke down. Those are just a few of the reasons they gave me. None of it makes sense.
