Faux plant order stuck after truck broke down

I ordered a faux 8 foot plant from a retailer called Halvora, I found them through a facebook ad. They gave me an order number 12472 and tracking info right away. The tracking website claims my order is in transit but now it says the truck broke down and they will re-dispatch it.

There's no phone number listed anywhere for the company or the shipping company. I've only got email communication from them, which is [email protected]. I spent 35 dollars on this and I just want my plant or my money back. The whole thing feels off.
