I order buy one get one of the skin serum...34.95 plus shipping... the tracking is not being updated...the shipper is that one from China...im questioning them ...why do you advertise in the US and single shipments are coming from China? is there no facility here ? ive given them 5 days...and i will report them to every consumer agency and the fbi ...

Ordered two bottles of toner and only got a mini one

I ordered the Silk Peptide toner, 2 bottles buy 1 get one free for 34.95. I was given 10% off plus s&h. What I actually got was one mini size bottle.

The advertisement showed 4.7 star reviews, but on the receipt tracker it was 2 stars with a lot of complaints about wrong size and fake product. They claimed I only ordered one product but never addressed the mini size bottle at all.

They never replied after the first email.
