Ordered a Cub Cadet and they charged me twice
I finally called my credit card company to report it and while I was on the phone with them, they told me the company tried to use other company names for more purchases. They tried 5 more times but those got declined. The two for $2921.25 went through though. We put a stop charge on both of those and they sent us a new credit card. The credit card company is looking into them for fraud now.
Paid for a lawn mower and never got it
The tracking number they gave me just keeps changing the delivery date. It never actually shows up. The address on their site is 12820 Go Wy Ave, Pocatello, ID 83202 but I don't even know if that's real. I just want my money back or the mower.
Paid for an electric bike and never got any tracking
That was the last I heard from them. I've checked the website a bunch of times and it just says processing or in transit but there's no actual tracking number or anything. I've tried calling the number on the site, (484) 597-6729, and no one picks up. The address they have listed is 12820 Go Wy Ave, Pocatello, ID 83202. I just want my bike or my money back. It's been too long and I haven't heard anything since the order confirmation.
