Hanare mattress topper came way thinner than advertised

I ordered a Hanare mattress topper on Facebook and my card got charged $139.00. It was advertised as 3 inches thick and what showed up was like 1/4 inch thick. It came in an Amazon box with an Amazon receipt for $49.00.

I called Amazon and they said it was ordered on a different Amazon account than the only one I have. So that made no sense to me.

I'm disputing the charge on my card and reporting it to Facebook too. Do not purchase anything from Facebook or Hanare.
