Ordered a pearl diamond art kit in July and still nothing

I ordered a pearl diamond art kit from handhoned.com on 7-31-26. It's now 10-1-26 and I still have not received it. That's $25.97 I paid and nothing to show for it.

I've tried numerous times to get tracking updates and nothing works. No updates, no delivery, nothing. Just want my kit or my money back at this point.

Diamond paintings nothing like what was shown on their site

I ordered four diamond painting projects from this website, handhoned.com. The total came to $65.63.

Honestly, what showed up was NOTHING like what they advertised. The pictures online looked completely different from what I got in the mail. The quality was just bad.

I tried emailing their VIP customer service twice about it. Never got any kind of response back. No reply at all. So I'm just out the money.

Pearl art kits not at all like the pictures online

I ordered these pearl art kits from Handhoned.com and got 3 of them. They are not at all like the pictures on the order. The pearls are super tiny and they do not cover the entire pumpkin, it's not 3D at all. It's basically a color by number with tiny HALF pearls. Classic bait and switch scam.

I paid 58 dollars for this. I want my money back but I know what it's like trying to get money back from China. It never is given, even when they agree to it. I can only report them to BBB and post terrible reviews of this fake company.
