Job offer on Telegram turned out to be a scam
They had a website and everything so it seemed legit at first. I was just trying to make some extra money making products for them. I ended up losing $25.00 in the whole thing which is not a ton of money but still it's the principle of it.
The phone number they used was (360) 774-9512. I should have known something was off when they wanted to do everything on Telegram instead of through normal email or phone calls. Just a heads up for anyone else who gets approached by them.

Then they had me start doing orders for a lot more money. They asked me to pay smaller amounts at first, which I did. Then they kept asking for more money. I was working with a girl named Lisa Smith and there was a guy named Kevin who was supposed to be my mentor. They had me pay through bitcoin, cash app, and telegram. I ended up sending them $2700 total. In the end they just kept all of my money and I never got anything back. They stopped answering me. The phone number they used was (213) 804-0398.

I joined the group chat and they had me rating items and stuff. Then they asked me to send 30 dollars. Said I would get it refunded once they got my payment. That just didn't make sense to me so I stopped.

So I did a couple of tasks for them. Then they asked me to receive cash from them through crypto PayPal instead of a normal payment. That didn't feel right. I didn't lose any money but it was pretty strange how they set it up.

Well they did this three times in a row. And each time the prepay amount got bigger. Eventually it got so high I couldn't pay anymore. So now I'm stuck because I can't get the money I already put in back unless I pay the final amount. I lost about $350.
