Massage service asked for PayPal payment before meeting

I found this guy on the Scruff app offering massage services. He said because of his previous experience he needed first time payment through PayPal and then a deposit through his company that he's listed with. At first it looked official enough, until it asked for the payment to go to someone else out of the country.

The website handsofbear.com said the money would be credited back before the service would even begin. I've never been charged before a service like that. I sent $389.99 total and now nothing. First time I've ever been charged prior to this service happening.

His name on the app is Jameson Lou Gray and his phone number is (310) 272-5268. Just beware of this one.
