App refusing to send a card I pulled after I paid

I downloaded this app called HapaBox. It’s one of those apps where you rip packs and if you pull the right card you win prizes. But the odds are really low that you pull something good. Anyway I actually pulled a 100 dollar card on the site.

Now they’re refusing to send it to me. I emailed them at [email protected] and nothing. They just won’t give me what I won. I lost about 79 dollars total messing around with this app and now they won’t even send the one good thing I got.
