Facebook ad for silver jewelry turned out to be cheap bracelet

I saw a Facebook ad for www.harlembling.com and they were going on and on about "Best quality Real Italian 925 silver jewelry" and how every piece is made to last. They said stuff about durability and customer satisfaction and how their jewelry is backed by years of experience. That's what they claim anyway.

I ordered a bracelet from them, cost me 130 dollars. It broke after three weeks. Just fell apart. So much for impressing me for years to come. Their customer service didn't care either. They promise one thing and send you cheap junk. I feel like they are just scamming people out of their hard earned money.
