Website took my money but says they can't find my order
I keep contacting them to ask when my shipment is coming and they keep telling me they can't find my order. But they took my money already. How can you take someone's money and then say you can't find the order?
I've tried emailing them at [email protected] and nothing gets resolved. Just want my money back at this point.
