Dress from harper-logan.com didn't fit and they won't refund

I ordered a dress from harper-logan.com and when it came it didn't fit like it was supposed to. The site said full refund within 30 days so I emailed them at [email protected] within a week saying I wanted to send it back.

Instead of a refund they keep offering me discounts. They say I have to pay to ship it back to China even though the thing was shipped to me from Mississauga, Ontario. That doesn't make any sense.

I just want my money back like they promised. It was $100.
