Jacket from Harper & Wells was nothing like the picture
Harper & Wells also advertised "easy returns" but the return process was a scam too. There's no link for returns on the website. I sent a message through the contact page and got an AI generated email back saying I could either take a store credit or keep the garment and get a 10% refund. They claimed the cost of the return was more than the product was worth. I said no and then they raised the refund to 20%. I accepted because I could see this was going nowhere. I'll just donate the jacket to charity.
Paid for an item they said was no longer available
I waited weeks to hear back about getting my credit. Now they don't respond to emails at all and the email doesn't even work anymore. Nobody answers their phone either. I'm out $60.
They're still running their website and taking other people's money without ever sending anything. There are plenty of complaints about this company out there. I know my money is gone but they need to be shut down before they do this to more people.
Shoes from Harper & Wells were not as described
That is not what their site says. Their site advertises easy returns and hassle free returns that make it simple to send it back. That is not what happened at all.
I would suggest never shopping this site.
Shoes too small and no real way to return them
When I looked for the email it asked for the warehouse. I looked further into it and it said the Netherlands was the country of origin. That didn't make sense to me. I still haven't found a way to send them back.
Shoes from Harper Wells looked nothing like the picture
I paid with my credit card, total was about 69 dollars. I emailed their customer support twice at [email protected] but never heard back. There’s no phone number anywhere on the site. The address on the site says 5215S. Boyle Vernon Calif but the shipping stuff showed Renton, WA which was weird.
I just want my money back honestly. The product was counterfeit and not even close to the photos. No response from them at all.
Order never showed up and they charged my card anyway
The order number is HW1579646 which is also the tracking number. I called 1-(787)605-8633 and talked to Elisa Van Cal and also Chlo Wong. The address they had was Carstraat 56, 2135 LS Hoofdorp, Netherlands. Still no package and no refund.
Ad for Harper & Wells showed up on a news site I trusted
The website is harperwells-boston.com and the address they gave is in Boston, MA 02121. I lost $49.95 on this. I'm glad it wasn't more but it still stings. The whole thing happened just like that other person described from May 12, 2026 except the person I dealt with, Emily Parker, never said anything about shipping anything back to China. I got fooled by an ad on a site I thought was legit.
DOES NOT HONOR RETURN POLICY
Ordered linen clothing but got polyester and no return address
But they will not give me a return address. They keep offering a 30% refund if I keep the stuff. I have sent several emails over the past week trying to get a real resolution but nothing. Their email is [email protected] and I see the phone is (917) 724-2963. I spent $116.91 and just want to send it back.
