Online order from Harper & Wells that I can't return

I ordered three items from their website harperwells-boston.com and paid about 150 dollars. When the package came, nothing fit right. The fabric is that cheap polyester stuff and the designs just look bad in person. Not what the pictures showed at all.

I tried to email them at [email protected] about sending things back for credit. No luck. They won't take the return. I also tried calling the number on the site, (917) 724-2963, but I just keep getting the runaround. Now I'm stuck with three pieces of clothing I can't wear and no way to get my money back.
