Ordered from a Boston company but the return went to China
I tried to return it for several weeks. Nobody would answer the phone or give me a return address. Finally they did, and it was to China. Their website advertised easy money back returns. USPS weighed the package, it came from a USA address but shipping it to China would be over $130.
They offered me 10% refund to just keep the goods, then later 20%. That is not an easy return policy like they advertised. They don't give you any easy way to resolve it, so now I have to file a dispute with my credit card company.
