Ordered clothes from Harper and Wells Boston, no label on anything

I ordered some clothing from their site because the ad showed really nice, high quality stuff. Harper & Wells Boston sounds like a legit company, you know? But when the package came, none of the items had a company label on them. The fabric felt cheap and there were threads hanging everywhere. The sizing was way off too.

I tried to find a phone number to talk to a real person but there isn't one. I emailed them at [email protected] and they first offered me 10% back, then 20%, then 40% after I told them I was going to contact my bank. They won't give me an address to return the stuff and they won't pay for return shipping either. I lost about $135 on this. These people are seriously sophisticated scammers.
