Instagram ad for sisters' clothing store turned out to be cheap polyester
Well, the shipping took forever and when the stuff finally came, it was all cheap polyester and the stitching was terrible. The sizes were all over the place too, nothing fit right and everything ran way too small compared to what the size said.
I tried to return it because their website says easy 30 day returns and money back guarantee. But that's a lie. They said they would only give me 40% store credit. Or if I shipped it back, it turns out the return address is in China! That means weeks of waiting, plus they charge a 15% restocking fee, and they won't even guarantee I'll get my money back. I'm out $650 and I'm just so frustrated.

I emailed them at info@harperhazelhannah to ask about sizing and got a reply but something felt off about the way it was written. I did a little digging and found out the whole thing is run by a guy from the Netherlands. The dresses are shipped from China. So the whole story about the three sisters in Florida is just made up.
I didn't end up losing any money because I didn't buy anything, but it's frustrating that they lie like that just to sell stuff. You think you're buying from some nice ladies and it's really just some guy overseas.
