Paid for a hat that never showed up and they keep stalling
So I reached out to Harrington Hatters. They keep giving me the runaround. First they told me to wait 1-3 business days. Then another 1-3 business days. Then 5-8 business days. I asked for a refund or a replacement and they refused. Every time I email them I get a response almost instantly, which makes me think these are just AI generated replies.
We're disputing the charge now but I wanted to report this. I looked into the website and the only location info they give is "Asia." Nothing more specific than that. The email they use is [email protected].
