Website says Florida but phone number shows Netherlands

I ordered something from this site harringtonsisters.com and lost $90. The phone number they have listed comes up as Netherlands but the website says they are in Florida. There is no actual phone number to call, only an email [email protected]. I tried reaching out but nothing. This person is lying to people and taking their money. Too many people are getting scammed by this and it needs to be traced.
