Text claiming I owe Spectrum money from Harris and Harris

I got a text out of nowhere saying Harris & Harris is a debt collector for Charter Comms, which is Spectrum Mobile. It said my balance was $1,906.41 and asked if I needed payment options. I never got any kind of notice in the mail or a phone call before this. Just a random text.

The website they linked to was hhcollect.co/Harris. I don't even have an account with Spectrum so this didn't make any sense to me. I didn't pay anything or click on any links. Just wanted to report it because it feels off.
