Free jewelry offer ended up costing me money

I found this jewelry store online, Harrison and James.com, and they were saying they were closing down and giving away valuable jewelry for free. You just had to pay the postage. I thought it sounded like a good deal, so I went for it.

I paid the 86 dollars for shipping. It didn't make sense after I sent the money. I never got anything in the mail. No jewelry, no confirmation, nothing. I just feel foolish for falling for it. It was supposed to be some closing sale thing and I just lost my money.
