Jewelry site overcharged shipping and sent cheap stuff

I apparently bought costume jewelry from this site. Didn't really think it was real but it was pretty so I went for it. Got the package and the shipping cost was way more than it should have been. Stupidly thought I was getting nice jewelry at a good cost but no. It's cheap.

Don't drink and shop, I guess. Lost about $45 on this. The website is harrisonandjames.com. Just not worth it.
