Order never arrived from website in Buffalo

I placed an order from this website hartleyridge.com that supposedly is located in Buffalo, NY. I ordered because I live close to that address and figured it would arrive in time for a gift. It never arrived.

The customer service email response just says they moved. That was it. No refund, no response to my request for one. I'm out $92.49.

They are a fraud and do not order from them.
