Ordered from Hat-Tac.com and nothing ever came

I ordered items from Hat-Tac.com and got a confirmation email right away. The payment came out of my bank account, so the order went through on their end. But I never got a shipping email and nothing ever showed up at my address.

I tried emailing them to ask what was going on and got no reply at all. One of my emails even bounced back saying the address doesn't exist. So now I'm out $30.35 with no product and no way to reach anyone.
