YouTube ad for cheap Hey Dudes that never showed up

I saw this ad on YouTube for Hey Dudes on sale, really cheap. It said the sale was only for a limited time before it ended so I jumped on it. The website looked fine, I don't remember the exact name of it but it was linked from the video.

I paid 28.48 dollars and never got anything. No shipping email, no tracking number, nothing. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but I never heard back. The phone number on the site was (769) 602-8548 but I didn't really want to call it after I didn't get a reply to my email. The address they had listed was in Los Angeles, CA. Just a total waste of money. The whole thing felt off after I paid but by then it was too late.
