Email about a job I already turned down

Got an email from someone at Hays Plc, the email was [email protected]. It was one of those “Confidential Position Search” things. They just copied stuff from my background that's already out there and asked if I wanted to hear more about it.

I told them no thanks. Honestly, just save yourself the time if you get one of these. It didn't go anywhere past that first message for me.
