Book bag order from Haysarea never showed up

My daughter bought a book bag from Haysarea on 09/11/26. We never got an email confirmation. So she registered on their website and we could see the order, it showed the little icon that the bookbag was being prepared to ship. No tracking number though. After 2-3 days the tracking icon disappeared and we couldn't track the package anymore.

We called the phone number on the website, +1 720-532-7777. The lady who answered said she keeps getting calls at this number about packages but that it was her personal number and didn't belong to Haysarea. I also sent an email asking for a refund. Still no response.

My daughter lost $70. This is a big scam.

Backpack order disappeared after tracking stopped

I bought a backpack for my granddaughter from the Haysarea website. The first few days I could track the shipment fine. Then all of a sudden, nothing. Just gone.

They totally ghosted me on my order. I've sent emails but nobody responds. The phone number listed on their site goes to some recording for a tax relief business in North Carolina. Has nothing to do with the store I bought from. Lost $70 on this. Huge scam.
