Email receipt then call saying payment failed

I got an email from this person that looked like a receipt for something. Then they called me from 1(865) 247-9982 and said the transaction didn't go through. They were trying to get me to repay them or send money again.

The email came from [email protected] and the address they gave was 2660 Monterey Rpad, San Jose, CA 95111. It just didn't make sense because I never got a clear answer on what this was even for. They kept pushing for payment. I didn't send them anything.
