Paid upfront for a phone session and got nothing
When the time for my scheduled call came, nobody ever contacted me. Then the provider claimed they had tried to call me, which is just not true. I was waiting right there by my phone the whole time.
They used that excuse to avoid doing the session at all and wouldn't offer any kind of refund or resolution. So I paid for coaching and support and got zero professional help out of it. Just feels like they took the money and blamed me for a call that never happened.
