Pillow from Healpurea came crushed and hard as a rock

I ordered a pillow from Healpurea and what showed up was really bad quality. It was packed so tight that the wrinkles wouldn't come out and it made the pillow hard as a rock. There was no way I could sleep on it.

I asked for a refund and they refused. They gave me some address to mail the pillow back to. I paid $159 for the pillow and then $128 to send it back through USPS. The pillow got returned to me because there was no such address.

So now I'm out $250 total and stuck with a pillow I can't even use. Their website is healpurea.com and the address they list is 1791 Glenn Hwy, Palmer, AK 99645. I just want my money back.

Pillow came hard as a brick and no return label

I bought this pillow from Healpurea and when it showed up it was all scrunched up and hard as a brick. It won't smooth out no matter what I do. It's just cheaply made and horrible.

They have a 90 day return policy on their site and I'm still within that. I emailed them at [email protected] over a week ago asking for a return label and I haven't heard anything back. I also tried calling the number on the site (307) 400-8663 but nobody picks up. They are just totally ignoring me. I paid 149.99 for this thing and I'm just stuck with it I guess.
