Phone calls from different numbers about missing benefits
I figured out that if you keep asking for the company name, the bot transfers you to a real person. The last one was "Michael Green" who finally said he was calling from Healthcare Solutions. Like the bot sent him someone who actually wanted to talk.
No clue how many of these different bots are the same company but I think a lot of them are. Saturday I got two sales calls 11 minutes apart, both different bots. One was "Laura" and the other sounded like an old lady who never gave a name. Got transferred to a live rep yesterday too. I told all of them these calls are unwanted and they still keep coming every day.
